Deposit and Fee Schedule
All deposits and fees are due at the time of service.
Deposits
Residential – $150.00*
Business – $250.00
Garbage Only – $50.00*
Sewer Only – $50.00*
Fire Hydrant Meter – $1,000.00
*A deposit is not required if the customer is purchasing the property or is the owner of the property.
Fees
Connection Fee – $50.00
Garbage Set Up Fee – $75.00
Water Processing Fee – $80.00
*If service has been disconnected, the account balance in addition to the processing fee must be paid in full to restore service.
Call Out Fee – $20.00
*A Call Out fee will be assessed for restoring service outside of the normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Returned Item Fee – $30.00
Late Fee – 10% penalty will be applied if payment is not received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Convenience Fee (credit and debit cards) – 2% of payment
Inspection Fee (5 days) – $75.00
Broken Lock Fee – $50.00
Broken Shut Off Valve Fee – $60.00
Meter Box Replacement – $25.00
Fire Hydrant Permit – $50.00
Map Submission Fee – $150.00 plus $5.00 per lot
Copy Fee – $1.00 per page
