Report a Water Emergency

If you are reporting an urgent water issue (such as low water pressure, no water pressure or a suspected water main break),
please call the main office at 205-663-6155 Option 4 between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. If the water issue noted is after office hours, please call the After Hours Service at 205-326-9090 as soon as possible.

Report a Sewer or Garbage Issue
