Drinking Water Week Coloring Contest

Alabaster Water Board is celebrating Drinking Water Week by inviting the public to learn about how truly vital clean, safe water is in daily life and its role in protecting public health and the environment now and in the future. This year, Drinking Water Week encourages participants to recognize and honor the critical work that water professionals accomplish around the clock to deliver quality tap water while bolstering resilience for water in the future.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. Children in grades PK—3 may enter. One submission per child.
2. Must be an Alabaster Water Board customer.
3. Entries must be received by Friday, April 26th, 2024.
3. Submitted entries will receive an AWB water bottle for participating. Entries should be dropped off at our office at 200 Kent Stone Blvd.
4. Entries may be displayed in the local utility office, publications, or on official social media channels.

PRIZES
1. There will be one winner from each grade.
2. Winners will be awarded a $25 gift card.
3. Winners will be recognized at the May 21, 2024 Board Meeting. Families are invited.
4. Winners will be selected by Alabaster Water Board staff and contacted directly.
5. Winning entries will be displayed in the Alabaster Water Board lobby the week of Drinking Water Week beginning on May 6th, 2024.
