Delay in Receipt for Dec. 7 Statement
Due to delays with our third-party bill printing service not being communicated to AWB, customers receiving mailed statements will experience a delay in receipt of the December 7 statement. The statements will be mailed today.
We apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused, but we do have the ability to email your statement, or you may view, print and/or pay your bill at www.alabasterwater.com by logging into your account. AWB will not assess late fees on the December 7 statements that were not mailed timely and/or received.
